SEXUAL MISCONDUCT REPORTING - ANONYMOUS FORM FOR STUDENTS
In accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which prohibits a college from discrimination based on sex, Franklin & Marshall College does not discriminate on the basis of sex or gender in its educational programs and activities. Guidelines set forth by the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights, establishes that discrimination on the basis of sex Under Title IX can include sexual harassment or sexual violence, such as rape, sexual assault, sexual battery, and sexual coercion.
Students may use the following anonymous reporting form to report incidents of sexual misconduct or assault. All reports submitted via this form are sent to the Title IX Coordinator and the Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
